Maitland Smith Quince Cocktail Table DSC

A lot of furniture looks good by itself, but the piece also works with the rest of the sitting room. The whole sofa area looks more connected now. What surprised me was how well it worked in everyday life instead of only looking good on its own, especially when friends are over. That is enough for me to feel very good about the purchase.

One addition made the family room feel much less pieced together, and it was this coffee table.

My favorite thing is how this coffee table makes our family room feel finished without making it look staged.

For our living room, I wanted the house to feel lived in rather than staged, and the coffee table works well with that idea. The room looks intentional without feeling arranged for a photo.
