Within my family room, I was aiming for understated, and the piece landed in the right place visually. It is slightly more noticeable in the room than I expected, though not in a way I regret.

I keep finding small moments when I am glad we chose the coffee table, especially when our family room is being used normally. It has enough presence to matter, but the room still has breathing space. I was concerned the room might feel too designed, but the result is still very livable. This ended up being exactly the kind of update our family room needed.
