Maitland Smith Flow Cocktail Table

Looking at my main sitting area now, most days I do not think about the furniture individually, but the coffee table still makes the room feel more settled. I was aiming for an update that would still feel comfortable day to day, and the rest of the furniture makes more sense around it. I would choose the same direction again for this space.

There is a more finished rhythm to our family room now, and this piece anchors it nicely. From different parts of our family room, this piece still feels like it belongs with everything else. The best part for me is that our family room still feels relaxed even with this piece giving it more structure. That is enough for me to feel very good about the purchase.

I went back and forth on the placement of the piece, but once I found the right spot in our sitting room, the whole setup clicked.
