Designed by Mayice, Estela's new glistening vertical formation reminds us of tears of happiness or happy tears. In Estela, the light cascades through wood veneer encapsulated in borosilicate glass - the glass is hand-blown by master artisan Eduard Garuti. Despite their very different characteristics, these two materials mutually support each other. Through its wood and glass symbiosis, Estela is a distinctive lamp that creates uniquely enchanting spaces. Direct light from a side opening can be manually arranged to illuminate a space according to the user’s needs. Estela's new vertical alignment is truly radiant and showcases the lamp’s artistic merit. Up close, the natural imperfections in the hand-blown glass simply augment the lamp’s warmth, charm, and elegance.

Product Care

Depending on the type of lamp use a feather duster, soft cleaning cloth or damp cloth for cleaning. On our the more delicate shades, made from wood strips, a feather duster or an air blower is preferable. In our more solid shades, a damp cloth may be used. Clean only the flat surface of the veneer with the cloth avoiding moisture contact along the edge of the veneer.

Our room started feeling different once this pendant light was in place; my daughter thought the old setup was fine until this was in place. The room feels finished but still relaxed.

Friday busy weekend brunch is when this pendant light feels most at home in the corner we use every day. The longer it is here, the less I think of it as a new purchase.

Our corner we use every day made the most sense once relatives came over for a weekend meal; the whole setup held together naturally. The space feels more complete while still feeling like our home.
