We ordered this chandelier to make everyday evenings feel less improvised, and the room feels finished without becoming formal. The room needed a minor adjustment around it, which was more about our layout than the light. The space where everyone gathers makes more sense as a whole now, which was the goal from the beginning. I second-guessed the layout at first, but the dining area feels natural now.

By a slow Saturday evening, the gathering space looks more complete with this chandelier in place. The room still feels comfortable on ordinary nights and polished enough when people come over. The central part of the house feels more settled now without taking over the room.
