This flush-mounted sconce ended up being the detail that made our bedroom feel finished. I had already decided I wanted a 2-light version, so that detail helped narrow the choice. The wall no longer feels like the unfinished part of the room.

When it is coming home after dinner, the entry looks more intentional with this flush-mounted sconce in place. I like it most when the room is being lived in rather than perfectly styled.
