Within our work corner, most days I do not think about the furniture individually, but this work table still makes this room feel more settled. The office feels more focused during the normal weekday routine. I was concerned the room might feel too designed, but the result is still very livable. The office feels less improvised during the normal weekday routine. What surprised me was how much the surrounding furniture benefited visually, especially when the room is being used normally. Our work corner feels better as a whole, which matters more to me than any single detail.

In our home office, living with this desk day to day has made me appreciate the decision more, not less. I had to rearrange the surrounding furniture once before the setup felt right, which is the only reason I landed at four stars.
