Jonathan Charles Surge Madrona Burl Cocktail Table (500414-DMB)

Most days I do not think about the furniture individually, but this piece still makes our family room feel more settled. What surprised me was how much more intentional the room felt from the doorway, especially once the smaller decor went back into the room. It gives the seating area a clear center without making the room feel formal. This ended up being exactly the kind of update our family room needed.

My mother asked if we had redone the whole room when really this coffee table was the main change. The compliments have been about the room as a whole, not just one object, which I like. I did not need to change the rest of our main sitting area for this coffee table to make sense there. That is enough for me to feel very good about the purchase.

In my family room, my favorite thing is how the coffee table makes this room feel finished without making it look staged. I like that the coffee table works with what we already had in my family room instead of making the rest of the room feel outdated.
