12 - Light Chandelier

By a busy Thursday night, the dining room has a better sense of balance with this chandelier in place. The longer this chandelier is here, the less it feels like a new purchase. It has already been part of the usual weekday routine, quiet evenings, and plenty of ordinary days. It feels like a change that made everyday life in the gathering space better.

For us, a unhurried Saturday night is when the main room feels most complete with this chandelier. The gathering space feels more resolved now while still feeling like our home. The whole space feels easier on the eye now without looking overly arranged.

Busy Friday night, this chandelier feels especially natural in the central part of the house. I had already decided I wanted a 12-light version, so that detail helped narrow the choice. This chandelier works with the rest of the dining room instead of competing with it. It turned out to be one of the more satisfying updates we made.
