As a piece of the overall room, I wanted something we would enjoy every day, and this piece has become exactly that in the space. The overall effect feels considered without becoming precious. The best part for me is that the dining room still feels relaxed even with this piece giving it more structure. I would make the same decision for the dining room again.

I picked this credenza while finishing the house before the holidays, and it gave our living area exactly the settled feeling I wanted. Finishing the room after so many other decisions felt like a relief.

In the finished room, I keep finding small moments when I am glad we chose this sideboard, especially when the room is being used normally. I would make the same decision for our dining room again.

When I look at my main dining space as a whole, this is the kind of furniture choice that makes the whole room feel more deliberate. I would choose the same direction again for this space.
