I notice this bedroom piece most during the ordinary parts of the day, which is probably the best compliment I can give it. It stands out just enough and still lets the rest of the room do its job. This ended up being exactly the kind of update our primary bedroom needed.

From the doorway into my guest bedroom, I thought I would mostly notice the look, but what I like is how normal this bedroom piece feels in our day-to-day life.

From one side of our guest bedroom to the other, the piece has been easy to work into this room because the overall design does not feel fussy. The space feels more restful and finished now. The bed now feels like the true center of the bedroom, which is what the room had been missing. It changed the mood of the room more than I expected. The room feels settled now, and I would not change the choice.
