Hand applied, the vintage gold leaf is more subtle giving the piece a natural aged patina. For us, a rainy Friday afternoon is when the main room feels most complete with this chandelier. I had already decided I wanted a 8-light version, so that detail helped narrow the choice.

Unhurried Tuesday morning, this chandelier feels especially natural in the central part of the house. The dining area feels better balanced now without taking over the room.

The main room on a rainy Saturday night is when I appreciate this chandelier most. I kept coming back to this one partly because I was looking for a 8-light version.

My sister kept saying the room finally felt finished on a busy Saturday evening, which made this chandelier feel even more natural in the dining area. The longer this chandelier is here, the less it feels like a new purchase. I like it most when the dining area is being lived in rather than perfectly styled.
