We settled on this chandelier to give the room a more settled center, and it settled into the room quickly.

For us, a ordinary Wednesday afternoon is when the central part of the house feels most complete with this chandelier. I second-guessed the layout at first, but the room feels natural now.

Our gathering space felt different after the first big family dinner after we moved; adding this chandelier was one of the details that made the place feel like ours. I had already decided I wanted a 6-light version, so that detail helped narrow the choice.
