The entry has a clearer purpose with this wall sconce in place.

This wall sconce works well for us, but I did rethink the small sitting area once before everything felt balanced. The wall no longer feels like the unfinished part of the room. I like it most when the room is being lived in rather than perfectly styled. The placement took one small rethink, though I am happy with where it ended up.

We picked this wall sconce to give the space a little more structure, and it worked into everyday life more easily than I expected. On weekends, I notice it most when everyone is home and the house is actually being used.
