I selected this linear pendant to make the gathering area feel more considered, and the space feels more complete without feeling overdone. The space feels more complete while still feeling like our home. I like it most when the room is being lived in rather than perfectly styled. I am glad we chose something that fits the way we actually live.

By relaxed guest prep, this linear pendant feels completely normal in the longer part of the room.

Our longer part of the room started feeling different once this linear pendant was in place; our kids noticed the room first the next evening. The placement took one small rethink, though I am happy with where it ended up.
