Thursday slow late snack is a surprisingly good test of how naturally this linear pendant fits the main gathering area. I like it most when the room is being lived in rather than perfectly styled. The room feels finished but still relaxed. It turned out to be one of the more satisfying updates we made.

Tuesday calm weekend brunch is when this linear pendant feels most at home in the longer part of the room. The room now feels considered without feeling staged. It works with the rest of the room instead of competing with it.

Our kitchen area made the most sense once friends stayed longer than planned; the update made more sense once the room was full of people. My first impression was more cautious than my opinion after living with it for a while. When friends are over, it simply feels like part of the room. I needed a few days to get used to the room with it there, but that hesitation passed quickly.
