Thursday dinner prep made me realize this pendant light had already become part of the room. The 6-light configuration was one of the few specific details I had in mind from the start. The room makes more sense as a whole now.

Slow Wednesday mornings are when this pendant light feels least like a new purchase in the dining area. It works just as naturally on a rushed weekday as it does when we have people over.
