For my hallway, this is the kind of furniture choice that makes the whole room feel more deliberate. The overall effect in my hallway is stronger than the individual piece looked on its own. Walking past it every day, I like the room more than I did before. What surprised me was how little else needed to change once this was in place, especially at the end of the day. I am glad I took the time to choose this piece.

For our living area, this was the piece that made this room stop feeling half-finished. I like how this piece gives our living area a clearer point of view without taking over.

I was trying to keep the living area comfortable rather than overly styled, and the piece fits that goal. The piece has personality, but the room still feels like our home. I was aiming for an update that would still feel comfortable day to day, and the rest of the furniture makes more sense around it. For me, that makes the piece one of the better choices we made for the living area.
