Gerald Console Table

In our living area, the piece has been easy to work into this room because the overall design does not feel fussy. What surprised me was how much the surrounding furniture benefited visually, especially at the end of the day.

Within our entryway, I kept coming back to this piece because it looked like it would suit the room, and it does. I did not need to change the rest of our entryway for this piece to make sense there. It did not take long for the piece to feel like it belonged with everything else. From different parts of our entryway, this piece still feels like it belongs with everything else. This ended up being exactly the kind of update our entryway needed.

I keep finding small moments when I am glad we chose this console table, especially when the front room is being used normally. I was aiming for a room that looked considered but not precious, and nothing around it had to change.

One addition made our entryway feel much less pieced together, and it was this piece. It gives the surrounding furniture a clearer context instead of competing with it.
