Century Furniture Grand Tour Garrison Credenza

Looking at my dining room now, I had been overthinking this part of the space; this sideboard solved the visual problem more simply than I expected. This ended up being exactly the kind of update my dining room needed.

Of everything I changed in our living area, this credenza made the most immediate visual difference. The dining area feels ready for both everyday meals and company now. I can change smaller things around this credenza without feeling like the whole plan for our living area has to change. I am glad I took the time to choose this credenza.

The rest of our dining room finally makes more sense around this piece. I was aiming for a more connected look across the room, and the result feels natural instead of staged. The room feels more finished, but not more formal, and that balance matters to me. I wish I had planned the surrounding pieces around it sooner; once I did, the room made more sense.
