All Hinkley lighting products are warranted against defects in materials and craft, subject to certain conditions and exclusions, for a period of two years from the date the product was shipped to the original end-use purchaser and unless otherwise noted below. The provisions of this limited warranty do not cover the following costs, expenses, and damages: labor costs including, but not limited to, such costs as the removal and reinstallation of Product, which have been subjected to alteration, abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident, shipping and freight expenses required to return Product to Hinkley.
