The room was close to done before, but this seating piece gave it the last bit of direction it needed. I was aiming for a piece that would add presence without taking over, and the change feels noticeable without feeling dramatic. The best furniture choices for me are the ones that improve the whole room, and this one does. The room feels more welcoming when everyone is around. This ended up being exactly the kind of update the main sitting area needed.

Within our living room, the rest of the room finally makes more sense around this piece. I am happy with the balance we ended up with in our living room.
