For our primary bedroom, the piece has been easy to work into the room because the overall design does not feel fussy. It has enough presence to matter, but the room still has breathing space. The room feels more organized visually even when daily life is happening around it. It gives the room direction while keeping the relaxed feeling we wanted. For me, that makes the chest one of the better choices we made for our primary bedroom.

Within the guest room, a lot of furniture looks good by itself, but the chest also works with the rest of the room. I spent a lot of time comparing options and am glad I did not rush the decision. The best part for me is that the guest room still feels relaxed even with the chest giving it more structure. I am glad I did not choose something more ornate for this space. I needed a little time to see how it fit with everything else, and now I am glad I kept the arrangement.

For my guest room, the room feels comfortable and finished during the most ordinary parts of our week.

We had been putting off our guest room until the rest of the house was done; the chest made the wait feel worthwhile.
