For my bedroom, instead of changing everything in this room, I added the dresser, and that was enough. The overall effect in my bedroom is stronger than the individual piece looked on its own. For me, that makes the dresser one of the better choices we made for my bedroom.

Within my primary bedroom, this is not furniture we tiptoe around; this piece simply feels like part of the house now. The space feels calmer in everyday use. It is distinct enough to notice and quiet enough to live with. This ended up being exactly the kind of update my primary bedroom needed.

For this part of the house, I wanted the house to feel lived in rather than staged, and this dresser works well with that idea.

As the room stands now, what I like most about the dresser is how naturally it belongs in this room. What surprised me was how quickly it stopped feeling like a new addition, especially at the end of the day. I like seeing the room look put together even on an ordinary weekday. It has become part of the bedroom without making the room feel overly styled. The dresser is a choice I am happy to keep living with.
