Multiple coats of silky smooth varnish is applied and sanded by hand to provide lasting protection that is resistant to stains, moisture rings, heat damage and abrasions.

As the room stands now, the best part is that this dresser looks intentional in the room without asking for all the attention. The bedroom feels much more settled as part of the normal morning and evening routine. The end result in our primary bedroom feels like our home, only more finished.

From the first glance across our bedroom, one addition made the room feel much less pieced together, and it was this piece. I can change smaller decor around it without feeling like the room has to start over. This ended up being exactly the kind of update our bedroom needed.

For the mood we wanted in our bedroom, the scale of the room feels better to my eye now that this piece is part of the arrangement. It makes the morning routine feel like part of a more finished room. What surprised me was how much calmer the room seemed, especially during the ordinary parts of the week. I would choose the same direction again for this space.
