Century Furniture Grand Tour Winston Flip-Top Console Table - Natural

As part of our hallway, I was trying to keep this room comfortable rather than overly styled, and the console fits that goal.

There is a more finished rhythm to our entryway now, and the piece anchors it nicely. It gives the transition through the space a more finished feeling. It gives the room direction while keeping the relaxed feeling we wanted. It was not an instant yes for everyone in the house, but it grew on us quickly.

The room was close to done before, but this console gave it the last bit of direction it needed. The room feels settled now, and I would not change the choice.
