A few weeks in, this chest still feels like the right decision for my living area. Seeing this chest with the rest of my living area makes the whole arrangement feel more connected. The piece helped the room feel collected rather than pieced together. I was aiming for a more connected look across the room, and the room feels easier on the eye. I would choose the same direction again for this space.

I notice this chest most during the ordinary parts of the day, which is probably the best compliment I can give it.
