Century Furniture Compositions Console Table - 70 Inch

Within my hallway, the rest of the room finally makes more sense around the console table. The best part for me is that my hallway still feels relaxed even with the console table giving it more structure. That is enough for me to feel very good about the purchase.

I had a hard time deciding what our hallway was missing, and this piece turned out to be the answer. The best part for me is that our hallway still feels relaxed even with this piece giving it more structure. The room looks intentional without feeling arranged for a photo. I was unsure about the overall effect at first, but after living with it, I like the direction.

In our living area, my sister asked about this console the first time she saw this room.

I like this most when the house is quiet and our entryway is just being used normally. It has enough presence to matter, but the room still has breathing space. I was aiming for a room with a little more structure and a little less visual noise, and the rest of the furniture makes more sense around it. Our entryway feels better as a whole, which matters more to me than any single detail.
