As part of our living area, I like this most when the house is quiet and the room is just being used normally.

With our existing furniture around it, nothing about daily life in the room feels rearranged around the sideboard, and I like that. The room feels settled now, and I would not change the choice.

For this part of the house, I was trying to keep the space comfortable rather than overly styled, and this sideboard fits that goal. It makes the room feel more complete even when nothing else is changed. Our dining room feels better as a whole, which matters more to me than any single detail.

In our living area, the placement feels right, the room feels settled, and I am glad I chose the credenza. It is distinct enough to notice and quiet enough to live with. I am pleased with the decision and with how our living area came together.
