Sojourn gives off a 70s retro vibe with its “big look.” Immediately, your eyes are drawn to the large slabs of Grey onyx marble that create the legs and top of the sideboard. Inset into the stone frame are four metal doors that create Whisper of Gold frames for the inset Bronze glass front panels. Open the touch-latch doors to discover an interior finished in luxurious painted seal skin. There is an adjustable shelf behind each end door; and one adjustable shelf behind the center doors.

Top and ends are Gray Onyx stone.

Here in the main dining space, one addition made the room feel much less pieced together, and it was the sideboard.

The balance in the main dining space changed for the better once this sideboard was there. It gives the dining space a stronger sense of balance. The room feels more grown-up now, but it still feels like a place we actually live in. I would make the same decision for the main dining space again.

Within our dining room, morning and evening, this sideboard simply works with how we actually live in the room. The piece adds definition, but the room still feels comfortable. It helped the dining area feel like a complete room rather than just a table and chairs. From different parts of our dining room, this sideboard still feels like it belongs with everything else. I would choose the same direction again for this space.
