With some time in the room, the chair feels less like a new purchase and more like part of the house. I wish I had planned the surrounding pieces around it sooner; once I did, the room made more sense.

I was not looking for a dramatic change, yet this chair noticeably improved the way our reading corner comes together. The setup feels less random now, even though we did not change much else. I notice it without feeling like the whole room revolves around it. The best part for me is that our reading corner still feels relaxed even with this chair giving it more structure. This chair is a choice I am happy to keep living with.
