The Mika reveals a bold design of modern lines and sophisticated materials. A staggered silhouette of antique brass steel arms spiders out to showcase 18 opal swirl glass shades in a matte finish. The stepped frame is dramatic in scale and features shades at various height drops for an impressive lightscape. Complete with a taupe cloth cord. Damp-rated, although limited covered outdoor areas may affect finish.

I would choose this chandelier again, though my first idea for the dining area was not the one we kept. I needed a few days to get used to the central part of the house with it there, but that hesitation passed quickly. The dining room feels calmer now without taking over the room.

Ordinary Saturday night, this chandelier feels especially natural in the main room. Living with it through normal weeks made me appreciate the choice more than I did on day one.

We planned around this chandelier to finish a space that had always felt incomplete, and it worked into everyday life more easily than I expected. On weekends, I notice it most when the room stays busy a little longer than usual. This chandelier works with the rest of the room instead of competing with it.
