At the end of a long day, the sitting area feels especially comfortable with this chair in place.

During quiet weekend afternoons, the accent chair feels like a genuine part of the reading corner rather than something decorative only. I have already stopped thinking of it as the new piece, which is probably the best compliment. It gave the corner a reason to be used. I would happily choose it again for the same space.
