Our room made the most sense once friends came over one evening; the room worked exactly the way I hoped it would. The LED version matched one of the practical details I had already decided on. When friends are over, it simply feels like part of the room. It turned out to be one of the more satisfying updates we made.

I like this flush mount a lot, although I needed a few days to get used to how much the entry changed around it. I like it most when the room is being lived in rather than perfectly styled. The room makes more sense as a whole now. The room needed a minor adjustment around it, which was more about our layout than the light.

We decided on this flush mount to give the room a more settled center, and the room feels easier to enjoy now. The LED version matched one of the practical details I had already decided on.

Our hallway started feeling different once this flush mount was in place; my mom noticed the change before I said anything. The 1-light configuration was one of the few specific details I had in mind from the start.
