My husband kept saying the room finally felt finished on a unhurried Friday afternoon, which made this chandelier feel even more natural in the central part of the house. It feels just as natural during friends dropping by as it does during ordinary mornings.

I settled on this chandelier to give the space a clearer focal point, and the room feels finished without becoming formal. I kept coming back to this one partly because I was looking for a 12-light version. Living with it through normal weeks made me appreciate the choice more than I did on day one. It turned out to be one of the more satisfying updates we made.
