One of the best signs that this pendant light fits our small eating area is that my dad noticed the room first the next evening. It has been easy to live with on ordinary days. It works just as naturally on a rushed weekday as it does when we have people over. My first impression was more cautious than my opinion after living with it for a while.

During putting dinner together, this pendant light feels especially natural in the corner we use every day. It has quietly become part of the way the room feels at the end of the day. The space feels more complete while still feeling like our home. I needed a few days to get used to the room with it there, but that hesitation passed quickly.
